Bridge one-leg (5min)
Lie on floor or mat. Place one leg straight and bend the other leg with foot flat on floor or mat. Place arms down on mat to each side of hips.

Skater jump (5min)
Stand with feet close together. Bend knees and hips slightly with arms bent to sides or to front. Lift right foot up, slightly off of floor.

Plank leg-up (5min)
Lie prone on mat. Place forearms on mat, elbows under shoulders. Place legs together with forefeet on floor.

Superman (5min)
Lie prone on mat with legs together and arms extended out on floor approximately parallel.
